I loved an iron, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the reasonably spacious and fashionable room. A bath was clean and everything was excellent. The location was great and unbeatable, near the train station!

The location was great in a trendy area, just next door to 4 metro stations in all directions, city center that close to many convenience store and restaurant and nice restaurants. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Minami district.

The place was ideal and had excellent and flexible staff especially the manager, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The location offered was particularly good really close to restaurants, retail stores, and 4 metro stations in all directions and a convenience store. It also was near the train station.

By and large, it was excellant home base for sightseeing in Osaka, had much fun and met very amiable and extremely friendly stuff especially the manager. The location was particularly good and incredible, just a pleasant stroll away from Dotonbori. I greatly enjoyed this hotel, set minute walk from a tube station. I found everything really good, would recommend it to anyone...

I recently stayed at Hotel Cargo in Osaka for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The capsules were surprisingly spacious and came with all the necessary amenities, including toiletries and towels. The public bath was a highlight, providing a relaxing hot spring-like setting to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the subway but away from noisy traffic. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I also loved the availability of a drink machine at the check-in desk and the option of a private or public bath.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
